These are factory Kia headlights for the 2002-2004 Spectra sedan that have been modified.

V3 and V4 Angel Eyes are made with specially designed PCB circuit boards, and SMD3528 chip LEDs to ensure bright, even light, with less chance of LED failure or the rings melting.

V3 rings have one rows of LEDs, and V4 rings have two rows of LEDs.

The V4 rings have three wires connected to each ring, one ground wire, and one positive lead for each ring.
