Shark Racing

Q. Where is Shark Racing located?
A. Shark Racing is located in Kwachon, South Korea. Kwachon is a city situated on the southern outskirts of Seoul. 

Q. I will be going to Korea soon. Do you have a store I can visit where I can directly purchase your products?
A. We currently do not have a physical store that displays all our products.

 

Shipment

Q. Do you ship directly from Korea?
A. Yes, all of our products are shipped directly from Korea.

Q. I need my product within the next week. Do you offer express delivery?
A. We can ship via EMS or courier such as FEDEX or UPS for an extra charge. This is done on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us to inquire about the extra charge on your order.

 


Delivery Time

Q. If I place an order now, how long will it take for me to receive it? (US order)
A. The average delivery time to the US is approximately 10-15 business days during non-holiday periods for most orders over US$100. Most orders under US$100 in value will be shipped via parcel post, which is a bit slower than other forms of shipping, and may take up to a month to arrive. Some of our products such as angel eye headlights, or many of our LED products which we have to modify or custom-build, as well as some of our fiberglass products which will need to be made, will take slightly longer to arrive. These types of products will usually arrive within 4~5 weeks.

Q. I placed an order 15 days ago and have still not received it. Where's my order? (US order)
The average delivery time to the US is 10-15 business days. However, unexpected incidents do occur now and then, resulting in delayed delivery. In most cases, the problem has to do with the local postal office in your area. We suggest you first contact your local post office and check if they are holding your merchandise. The official 'hold time' we set is 10 days before it is sent back to us. Some of our customers have unfortunately have had to receive their products in 20-30 days. Such cases are rare, but do happen. We do not have control over how the postal office in your area deals with our shipment. 

 

 

 

Products

Q. Why don't you have this product for my car?
A. We do carry parts for most Korean cars, but the fact of the matter is that the core of our customer base are owners of the Hyundai coupe series, so we do concentrate our resources on building parts for these cars. We do try to make or procure parts for other cars, but we simply cannot offer everything at once. If you have a request for a product, please let us know about it, as the more requests we get for a certain product, the more sense it makes for us to have it on the site.

Q. Why are some of your products expensive compared to products for other cars like Honda's.
A. It's very simple. Cars such as the Civic are sold in much greater numbers than, say, a Sonata, or even the Tiburon. Aftermarket products for Honda cars can be made in much greater numbers than products for the Tiburon, which in turn leads to lower prices. However, this is slowly changing, as Korean cars are getting more and more popular.

 


Wholesale/Bulk Orders 

Q. I am interested in selling your products at my store. Do you offer your items at wholesale prices?
A. Yes, we offer most of our products at wholesale prices to dealers and shops. Please e-mail us requesting information on wholesale accounts and we will send you our policy.
