The SR Performance Thermostat lowers engine operating temperatures, while increasing thermal efficiency and your engine's performance in the process.

By lowering your engine's operating temperature, you will get an increase in performance, better reliability and longer engine life.

The Shark Racing Performance Thermostat V2 will activate at 68 degrees Celsius, which is about 154 degrees Fahrenheit.

The stock thermostat will activate at around 190 degrees Fahrenheit or above, depending on the model.

Our Performance Thermostat will fit most 4 cylinder and V6 engines in Hyundai/Kia cars manufactured from 2011 up to around the 2017 model years.
