This is a factory part made by Hyundai, and installed on some cars from the factory.
NVH damper can be attached to any part of the car that transmits noise or vibration.
The damper will smother a large portion of the noise or vibration that is transmitted, so that less noise and vibration is felt by the occupants of the car.
The dampers can be attached to the engine, exhaust manifold, strut mounts, etc.
The NVH Damper is sold in sets of 4 for US$45, or 8 for US$79.
